Conditions of Issue: a summary
This ticket is issued by the Club subject to the Conditions of Issue (which can be found on the Club’s website at https://www.sufc.co.uk The use of this ticket to enter the Ground constitutes acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by and to comply with, the Club's Conditions of Issue. Your attention is drawn to the following summary of certain provisions from the Conditions of Issue:
Other than as set out in the Conditions of Issue, you may not transfer, sell, dispose of or assign this ticket to anybody or otherwise deal with it or the benefit of it. The unauthorised sale or disposal of this ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 and/or may result in civil liability to the Club.
This ticket, and access to the Ground, shall be for the purposes of private enjoyment of the Match only, not for any commercial purpose or activity, save as expressly authorised by the EFL
This ticket shall remain at all times the property of the Club.
If this ticket is obtained or used in breach of the Conditions of Issue, it will be automatically void. The bearer will be a trespasser, will be refused entry and, if already in the Ground, will be ejected, in either case without a refund.
No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. Subject to the following clause, the Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match, you will be entitled to receive a full refund (including any booking and/or administration fee) or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
You shall not capture, log, record, transmit, play, issue, show or otherwise communicate (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data (“Material”) in relation to the Match, any players or other persons present in the Ground and/or the Ground, nor may you bring into the Ground or use within the Ground (or provide to, facilitate or otherwise assist another person to use within the Ground) any equipment or technology, except for mobile phones and other mobile devices used for strictly personal and private use, which is capable of capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing or otherwise communicating (by digital or other means) any such Material. Any person breaching this restriction may have such equipment, technology or Material in whatever form confiscated. Ownership of any Material you produce at the Ground is assigned to the Premier League as per the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Issue.
All ticket holders who enter the Grounds acknowledge and agree that: (i) photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual records and/or feeds (including stills taken therefrom) may be taken and used by the Club, the EFL or others; and (ii) that their appearance and actions inside and in the perimeter of the Ground are public in nature and that they shall have no expectation of privacy with regard to their actions or conduct at Matches.
The Club reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a ticket of, or, eject from the Ground, any person who fails to comply with the Conditions of Issue.
