About this event
Judd Trump won the title in 2023 as he came from 7-3 down to beat Zhang Anda 9-7 in the final. Part of the BetVictor Home Nations Series, the BetVictor English Open has been ever present on the calendar since 2016 and was staged in Manchester, Barnsley, Crawley and Milton Keynes before finding a home in Brentwood, Essex.
WST Chairman Steve Dawson said: “Snooker has so much history in Essex and the county has produced some of the best players of all time. If the local fans continue to support this event then Brentwood could become the long term home of the English Open.”
During the 2024/25 season, BetVictor will sponsor the World Snooker Tour’s Home Nations Series, featuring the English Open, Northern Ireland Open, Scottish Open, and Welsh Open. The celebrated BetVictor Bonus will be applicable across these events, with the leading prize winner over the four tournaments earning an extra £150,000.

Please note, tickets are not valid for Monday 16th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September.
Tickets are complimentary, but you will be charged a £5.50 booking fee per ticket.
